We do our best to offer the best products (products that we really would collect ourselves), and helpful, responsive customer service. As stated here on our web site, please note that by purchasing goods from Planet Robot, you have agreed to the following:

 

Payment
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. All sales are charged in US Dollars (USD). All payments are encrypted and securely processed by our payment processor, PayPal. Payments are processed by Paypal for the Planet Co., Ltd. Our online shop has been built with PayPal as the only transaction engine. it is the safest, easiest-to-use, and most cost effective platform for businesses and individuals to send and receive money.

 

Shipping
Standard shipping is via international registered Airmail, flat-rate to all countries worldwide. US orders should arrive within 5 to 14 days. All other International orders should arrive within 7 to 21 days. You may upgrade shipping to EMS Express (3-5 days worldwide) upon request and at additional cost. Customs charges and clearances are the responsibility of the purchaser. For EMS Express shipping upgrades or any further shipping queries, please contact us.

 

Returns

All sales are final: Because of the limited edition nature of our products we cannot accept returns on non-faulty items and cannot issue credits or exchanges for different items. Items returned damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion or cancel your order or provide you with an equivalent replacement if an item is not available. A full refund will be provided if we refuse service or cancel your order.

 

Faulty Returns: All the products we sell are very collectible, handcrafted and assembled by hand in very small quantities. It is not unusual for slight imperfections in this type of product such as blemishes, factory touch-ups etc., and in fact may most often enhance the value. But if you have received any items that are significantly defective (i.e. missing parts) right out of the box, we will provide you with a replacement or repair, or refund you your purchase less shipping costs, providing you have followed our returns procedure detailed below:

 

Returns Procedure: Contact Planet Robot by email detailing your problem and attaching relevant pictures. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of item. We will then issue you with a Return number, which you must quote on any correspondence with us. We will only accept defective returns for items that are received complete in their original state, with all inserts and accessories. Pack your return in a manner equal to, or better than our original packing (please package carefully as we are not liable for any damage or loss occurring in transit), label it with your Return number and ship it back to us. Returns received without a returns number will be refused by our returns department. Once we have received your goods we will inspect them and contact you to complete the return. Proof of return and cost of returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Notes

All orders are normally processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. All items are fully tested for functionality and may take up to 3 business days before shipping. We ship worldwide direct from our warehouse in Taiwan. That means there are no dealer markups or location specific re-stocking costs added on, savings are passed directly to you rather than added to the price of the product.
